Why Alonso
Most of the work we do today comes from people we have worked for before, or from someone they told about us. That has been enough to keep us busy, and it is the reason we would rather do one job properly than three in a hurry.
Older homes around here tend to hide things behind the plaster. Crumbling lath, floors out of level, joists that were never meant to carry a stone floor. We have seen most of it before.

Yes. Drywall, trim, and paint run into each other, so it is simpler when the same crew does all of it.

Yes. We carry liability insurance and can show you the certificate before any work starts.

A bathroom is usually three to five weeks. A kitchen is usually six to ten, depending on cabinet lead times and whether the layout changes. Painting and drywall repairs are normally days rather than weeks. We will give you a timeline when we come out.
We do. Each town has its own process, and we take care of it. Permit fees are set by the town, and we will tell you what they come to.
Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, cover floors and stairs, and keep the dust down. For a whole floor we will talk it through with you first.
